The MTA held a meeting on February 28, 2012 about the proposed Beacon Heights Station. At this meeting the MTA presented an overview of the current plans for the station and the area around it, provided an update since the previous meeting, explained what light rail stations are like, and led detailed discussions about station issues such as community access.
