Purple Line Workforce Compliance
The Nationally Targeted Workers (NTW) program is an ongoing effort to cultivate a viable, robust, and diverse construction workforce through the identification, training, and sustained employment of persons significantly affected by poverty and/or social barriers. To achieve compliance with the established goal, participants of the NTW program must perform 33% of all construction work hours. As of October 31, 2017, PLTP has exceeded the established NTW overall goal by having 80% of its construction hours completed by members of the NTW program.
